Charlotte Hicks

Charlotte Hicks's Head ShotExecutive Director, 7th Generation Community Services Corporation and Training and Development Supervisor for Upper Mohawk, Inc. Ms. Hicks has over thirty years experience in social services and child protection in Florida. She held positions in direct services, supervision, management and quality assurance before moving to the training and staff development arena in 1994. She continued on to obtain certification as a Florida Child Protection Trainer before becoming the director of a regional training center for three years. Ms. Hicks was instrumental in the initial development of the Florida Child Protection Certification Program and administered the program before joining UMI in October 2004. She became the Executive Director of 7th Generation Community Services Corporation in February 2005. Ms. Hicks earned a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida and a post graduate certificate in Project Management.
