Patricia Barnes

Pat Barnes's Head ShotPresident, 7th Generation Community Services Corporation Board and President of Upper Mohawk, Inc. She is a Board member of the Native American Chamber of Commerce with over 25 years extensive experience in the area of training development, training and needs assessments. Mrs. Barnes has the required skills, leadership and experience to design, manage and complete projects large and small for various government and commercial sectors. She is a recognized provider of high quality evaluations and consultations in areas of performance, productivity, employee and management training issues. In addition, Mrs. Barnes has delivered needs assessments on work force structure, workflow, and management strength and initiated cooperative workforces for numerous private contracts. She holds a Paralegal Associate's degree and honors her Comanche and Cherokee heritage.
